RBR50 | Firmware Upgrade
Dear All,
i need help am not able to upgrade firmware to the latest version
here below my router detaills

Please ensure that you are using to correct file for your router and your satellites. The firmware for the satellites will have RBS50 as the downloaded zip folder name. The firmware for the router will have the name RBR50 in the downloaded zip folder name. Once you open the zip folder the name of the firmware will also say RBR50 or RBS50 followed by the firmware version. Please ensure that you download the firmware for the satellites before downloading the firmware for the router. For example, upgrade the satellite to the next firmware version then the router. Then continue to download the following firmware in the same order.

Hardware supplied by ISPs may be customised for their networks. In which case they may have commissioned Netgear to provide custom firmware. Any updates are then down to them to provide.

This explained that you should try to upgrade your device in stages.
In some cases, users find that updating the firmware in increments enables the RBR50 to install the most recent firmware. Please download FW version 2.5.2.4 then firmware 2.7.3.22 then attempt to download FW version 2.7.5.4.
Your reply to that message was unclear. I see no suggestion that you tried that.
When there are really big changes between firmware versions, it won't work if you try to jump 10 versions in one go. That's what you are trying to do.
Your current version dates back to 2019.

A lot has happened in the past four years.
When you are jumping that much, It can also help to reset a device before you try the upgrade. You might like to save a copy of your current settings before you do that.
