RBR50 -Strange email in Security?

Hi, I am wondering about a strange email (not mine) in product settings of my mesh network ( RBR50). This is a system I bought a while back, but never got around to activate the Armor part When I browse to Security tab of Orbi iOS tool, I see somebody elses hotmail email in Netgear Armor registration. This system was bought as new, how can the Armor be already registered to somebody else?

Please provide us the registered email address under the Security tab. Also, please PM us your email address and the serial number of your Orbi system so we can check it in our system.
