You can only have 1 RBR50 or any Orbi router. Then you add satellites. The black taller thinner device may be your internet router, if your Orbi RBR50 is connected to it. With that said, if you want to increase coverage you can get another satellite and add it to your Orbi system.
My mom got us another rbr50 and rbs50 set. Can I just use the satellite from that set or do you recommend me getting a solo satellite?

Ok is there any videos on sync a second satellitePlace the satellite near the router. If it is new, plug it in turn it on. Either use the app and follow the instructions on seting up the new satellite, or you can press the sync button (I prefer the app). Then move the satellite to the new location.
