RBR50 and Satellite Speed Issues

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Facts:
- Entire house is cabled with Cat5e. All runs tested and capable of 1GB
- TP-Link GB switch in place with latest firmware. Cable tests successfully to GB
- Tested modem in place. Consistently achieving about 234 MBS down and 10 MBS up using Ookla
- Orbi sytem (1 base plus 1 satellite) in place and fully updated on firmware. Did full reset and reconfig 24 hours ago
- All computers and devices on latest software and firmware. Drivers up-to-date and configured correctly.
- Satellite is connected to base Orbi via ethernet cable
Observed:
- Wifi bandwidth from base unit to all ios devices is about 234 MBS down
- Wifi bandwith from satellite to all ios devices is about 95 MBS down
- Computer desktops (2) from base unit via ethernet is about 95 mbs
I have checked everything throughout the network and all is good. Why base unit hardwired desktops are limited to 95 mbs is not clear to me at all. Neither is it clear to me why the hard wired satellite yields slow WiFi whereas the base unit WiFi yields great speed.
I am now very suspicious of my Orbi system but can find no clues or answers anywere. Starting to wonder if it is time to move from Netgear's mesh system.
Any help/advice appreciated!

So...continuing to investigate. Findings thus far:
- Again, all firmware (router, satellite, switch, ethernet cards up-to-date to current levels)
- Base Unit provides 234 MBS down via WiFi and 95 MBS via ethernet
- Satellite Unit provides 95 MBS via WiFi
- Bypassing the switch changes nothing....desktops still limited to 95 MBS if connected directly to the base Orbi unit.
- Direct connect of desktop to modem yields 234 MBS
- Switch shows desktops are connected at and configured for 1000 MBS.
- I have been careful not to group items in order to reduce interference. Base unit modem sits alone on 1st Floor. Satellite unit sits alone in lower level.
- I have done two factory resets on both the base Orbi and the satellite unit.
This is crazy and everything points to the Orbi system....base unit?

How old is the unit? And did this just start? Usually WIFI is always slower than wired. But in your case it's backwards.
If the ISP modem is giving you the correct speed when wired direct, and the Orbi router is giving you the direct speed wirelessly, it just doesn't make sense that the wired speed on the orbi is down to 95 and the satellites behind it, you say are also wired, are give a speed of 95 as well. So I still think it may be a cabling issue. What may help is if you post pics of how everything is setup?
