If I move the laptop to the lan the ping works. Note that the ip assigned to the laptop remains the same whether on Wi-Fi or lan. It seems like the ARPs aren’t crossing from Wi-Fi to LAN but I haven’t verified that.
Can you describe your network layout, including any switches, from your ISP/modem to your Orbi RBR and Orbi RBS satellites? Where are your hardwired devices, that cannot ping wireless devices, connected to?
