RBR50 can’t connect from LAN ports to Wi-Fi connections

Can you describe your network layout, including any switches, from your ISP/modem to your Orbi RBR and Orbi RBS satellites?  Where are your hardwired devices, that cannot ping wireless devices, connected to?
