We replaced the TP-Link switch with a Netgear GS308E managed switch. When we set the port speeds to 100M Full Duplex and rebooted all the devices, the Tivo minis were able to access the internet and see the primary Tivo device.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What happens if you take the switches out of the mix and directly connect 1 or two of the devices to the back of the RBR directly?

Thanks for your assistance. The cable modem is an Arris TM3402A/CX. My guess is that they performed an updated and it messed everything up. I will try to have two devices cables moved from the switch to the RBR50 router to see if that changes things for them and report back.
