We replaced the TP-Link switch with a Netgear GS308E managed switch. When we set the port speeds to 100M Full Duplex and rebooted all the devices, the Tivo minis were able to access the internet and see the primary Tivo device.

We attached a Macbook to the TPLink switch and it was able to get a DHCP lease with DNS to the Orbi router. The Macbook was able to reach the internet and use a browser to access content.
We moved one of the Tivo Mini units from the TPLink Switch directly to the Orbi router and rebooted it. It was able to access the internet but not the primary tivo that was still attached to the switch.
It is unclear why the primary Tivo and Macbook are able to get to the internet but the other devices are not. It would suggest an issue with the switch or uplink from the Orbi ...
What is strange is that everything was working fine and now it has stopped working. The TPLink is an unmanage switch so there is no moniotring capability. Is there a way from the Orbi command line or logs to help troubleshoot?

Unfortunately, others here have reported problems with these "green" switches like your D-Link GS-105-108 so it seems the likely problem. If the switch interrupts network connectivity after a time then that would explain the behavior you observe.
