Good analysis. Those are the options I would suggest. Ethernet cable direct to the Orbi RBR50 router will be the highest performing solution. Depending on what equipment the ISP has installed, bypassing the Orbi router may not work at all.
You are SO fortunate that installing an Ethernet cable is a practical solution. For many people, that is simply impractical.
