RBR50. DVR does not work with AT&T U-Verse
DVR does not work with AT&T U-Verse.

Something to contact the ISP about regarding the DVR.

This does not provide much detail, such as:
- Which specific DVR is this?
- What is the DVR attempting to record? (programs on U-Verse TV? YouTube videos? Security cameras?)
- Was this DVR working correctly before on a different internet connection and stopped working when the ISP was changed to U-Verse?
- Has the DVR just been installed and has never been connected to anything before?
- The DVR came with the AT&T U-Verse set-up. It is part of my TV setup. I use the Record button on my remote to record and the DVR button on my remote to see the list of the programs I recorded. It is not a separate installation,
-.I use the DVR option to record TV programs for viewing later.
- The DVR always works when I don't have the Orbi connected.
- I have done nothing to change the AT&T modem. I plugged the Orbi into the AT&T modem per directions.
- I have done nothing to change any internet connection.
The DVR needs to be connected to the U-Verse modem. Something to ask the ISP for help on.
