RBR50 Factory Reset from Power Outage

Can anybody tell me why my after a brief power outage my Orbi RBR50 did a factory reset and I lost all my settings as if they were never there?

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

    Shouldn't happen, but there are various causes of power cuts. Storms nearby, for example, don't just wipe out settings with their power spikes, they have been known to fry hardware beyond recovery.

     

    It is hard to design truly resilient hardware. If you are seriously worried abut this happening again, then a UPS is the solution.

     

    The first line of defence is, of course, to save your settings so that you can quickly restore them after a power cut.
