RBR50 Failed firmware upgrade and won't reset to factory defaults, no access

I bought this system a few years ago but never set it up.  It set up easily yesterday but I was on 1.x firmware and wanted to get current.  I download the firmware but it never loaded properly and now I can't access the router and I can't reset it to factory default.  Zero access.  Please help!

  • What happens if you press the reset button for 15 seconds in back of the RBR then release. The top ring LED should flash WHITE then slowly pulsate WHITE. Check with a wired PC or latop to see if the device gets an IP address of 192.168.1.something. If it does, open a web browser to 192.1.68.1.1, Can you get access here at all? I you do, have a copy of v2.0.7.4 FW on your PC or laptop. This needs to be applyed to the RBR first, then after that, you need to apply v210, then you can apply v16.

Let us know if you can access the RBRs web page at all...

If not you can try this:
