RBR50 firmware not updating

I have the RBR50 router, firmware version 2.2.0.66, but when I 'check for updates' via the app, I get the message 'There was a problem checking firmware update'.  Any suggestions?  I saw one sugges...

Try manually downloading the FW files for the RBS and RBR and apply them manually using a web browser. Be sure to update the RBS first, then RBR.

I saw one suggestion to update the satellite before the router, but I only see the router listed in the settings on the app.
