RBR50 firmware V2.5.2.4 drops out frequent when streaming ABC radio
When i listen to the news every morning on my iPhone, the sound drops out and the app icon starts whirling. Turning OFF WFI on my iPhone brings sound back straight away.
No issues connectioning to work, although that is via Ethernet cable.
Can you point me at the log files / enabling debug logging so I can send some info ?
I installed them 18 may 2020 and the support options have expired.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power OFF of the RBR and RBS for 30 seconds since last FW update been performed?
Is this the only service that you have problems with?
Does this happen with other devices using same service?
