RBR50 Flashing white light

Last night my wifi went down and upon further inspection the router is flashing a white light. I have tried factory resetting / tftp flash to no avail. Any suggestions? I am unsure as to why it ...

So pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release and connecting a wired PC to the back of the RBR doesn't gain access to 192.168.1.1 after the top ring LED pulsates WHITE?

No, this doesnt work, it just stays flashing white.
