What FW version are you using?
Have you set up any reserved IP addresses ON the router for your PCs and devices?

The firmware level is V2.1.2.18
I have no reserved addresses. I know networking and this is baffling.

Try the new v2.1.3.4. Do a factory reset on both router and Satellites then set up from scratch. Skip setting up the Satellites.
I would also do a IPCONFIG /release, then /renew then /flushdns on your PCs. Reboot reset of mobile devices AFTER you have set up the router.
Test. Then set up the Satellites.
