RBR50 keeps disconnecting - looking for new settup advice
Ok so ive been having issues with my router for a few months. It goes from 1gb speeds to 70-80mb. I reboot it and its back up to 1gb upload/download. This used to happen once a day, now its 5 to 10 times a day. Its less than a year old but im tired of messing with it. Everything runs off of wireless except console, and tvs which i have hard wired. I was thinking a nighthawk pro gaming but since i dont do much gaming wireless propa ly a nighthawk mesh is better than going back orbi. Ive had multiple routers that were orbi and when they work... they are great. But its been a pain lately. Second can i use orbi rbk satalites on the nighthawk mesh?

What is the distance between the router and satellite. 8 feet at most between the rbr and rbs. There is another rbs outside in the shed which is about 25 feet feom rbr however it works fine.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz. The issue wouldnt be channels as it has the same issue on wired to to my console.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? Over 1000 feet away so no.

I do t thi k its wireless issue. I thi k its dirmware or hardware. It happens to wired devices to the router as well.

You might try manually loading v16 and factory reset the RBR and RBS and check again:

8 feet is too close between the RBS and RBR. 30 feet for all RBS is starting distance.
