Rbr50 magenti light v.2.7.5.6
solid magenta. I've moved satellite to 3 feet away. I've changed wires from spectrum modem. I've confirmed i have internet by going straight from modem to pc. Help.
- pc is on line. satellite is blue
Was the RBS updated as well? Any and all RBS should be updated first before the RBR is.
Try to re-sync the RBS to the RBR?
ok trying sync again. I have white light spinning on router, now stopped. internet still down
- White lights on both router and satellite, I'm rebooting pc. Tried to open Gmail no go.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
