RBR50 no internet Ethernet connection
Found my router had taken a tumble off the shelf today, now the Internet port won't connect to the switch, i.e. is getting no physical Ethernet connection, the Ethernet lights are staying dark on the switch. The Orbi light is solid magenta after reboot. I have tried hard reset, swapping cables, different switch ports. Did something physically break and now I'm toast? Thanks.

have you tried doing a port check?
I believe one of the disappointing features of the Orbi is a total lack of LED's for ethernet port status.
The Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, the blue box labelled "Show Statistics" is the only way to see if the Orbi believes anything is connected to the WAN and LAN ports.
Might also get a flashlight and check the tiny gold wires inside the jack to make sure none of them are bent.
