RBR50 no longer works - factory reset does not work
Hello all Was hoping for some help - my RBR50 stopped working - now the lihght in the back is green, but when i try to do things like reset, 15 secs, then reset while power cycle etc...nothing happe...
what happens when you push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds?
are you able to hardwire a pc/laptop into the router and connect to it?
what modem/gateway is it connected to?

Had it on Virgin Superhub - disconnected and simply use the Virgin modem now.
If you disconnect the router from the hub/modem entirely, then reboot the router, will a pc/laptop be able to connect/log into it?

It does not feel like it is rebooting either...(top lights are not coming on on the router)
Wondering if the reset button isn't broken as you should get a change by pushing/holding reset for 7-15 seconds. The power light should change/blink
