Thanks. There have been persistent issues over the years with the Orbi 'app' and connected devices.
I do not recall seeing this issue with the web Attached Devices page.
How have you determined that a device is actually connected but not showing as 'Attached'?
What kind of device is it?
My own personal experience with Attached Devices indicates that WiFi devices do not show up unless they send or receive data packets. My Nest thermostat, for example, did not appear on Attached Devices, but was clearly still connected. When I opened the Nest app on my phone, suddenly the thermostat was there again. Close the app (really close it) and in about five minutes the Nest disappeared again. Unlike wired devices where the ethernet adapter constantly senses "something is connected and powered on", WiFi only sees a device when it sends a packet.
