RBR50 Orbi app speed vs Device speed

Question

My Orbi app shows a download speed of 50 mbps and with no other devices active, my device speed is only 22mbps even though I'm only 10 feet away from router. I've renewed my lease without any improvements&nbsp;

1. what firmware are you on?&nbsp;2. how are you testing the speeds? (what device, app, server, etc)3. are you testing over 2.4ghz or 5ghz? 2.4ghz is slow and sensitive to interference
