Then, the solution is to place the Nano-g into "bridge" mode and remove the airCube, so the Orbi will be the sole WiFi network.

FURRYe38is asking for the specific model of ISP device the Orbi is connected to because this sounds very much like a "Double NAT" situation: https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
If this is the case, then the ISP device is blocking connections from reaching the Orbi.
