Yes each unit broadcasts in 360 degree pattern. Something you'll need try and see if your idea works or not.

The trial positioning of the Orbis has worked well. I have a stronger, wider signal throughout the house now and better coverage outside too. I just need to get on with doing the work to make the installation more permanent and neater. I'll come back if I hit any problems!

Glad you got it working better. Good to spread the wifi signal out farther for sure. Please mark your thread and solved so others will know.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves tine if a reset is needed.

Do you mean WiFi range or siting of the Orbis?

Oh, ok. The router is in the centre of the roof space with the satellites at each end, about 25ft from the router.
