RBR50 Ring Products Dramatically Slow Wifi When Movement Detected
Hello,
I've got an Orbi RBR50, V2.3.5.30 firmware.
We've had the Ring Doorbell Pro and Ring Outdoor Security Camera and Orbi system for almost a year. The Wifi download speed is 170 Mbps and upload is 3 Mbps.
About 3 weeks ago, we've found that whenever the Ring devices detect movement they Wifi speeds come to a crashing halt and will disconnect us from corporate VPN and video calls. This has never happened before and is extraordinarily frustration and counterproductive.
I've done web searches but haven't found any similar discussion or solutions.
Can anyone provide me with a way to solve this problem?

- Unfortunately none of these worked for me.
Anytime our ring pro doorbell or ring spot like camera see anything, our WiFi comes to a halt and often boots me from my corporate vpn. It like is because ring is uploading video to the cloud, but this never happened before. As you can imagine, this is absolutely infuriating when it happens 10+ times a day!
