What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Firmware is V2.5.1.32
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Virgin Media UK in Modem Mode
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Tried messing with a few settings - wireless has been rock solid as I say for around a year since I bought it, it's only recently that it has started playing up. I get full speed pretty much everywhere in my house.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
Yes but I restored my settings as I have many port forwards etc for the NAS and it would be a right pain to set this all up again.

You might downgrade to v16 on the RBR and RBS. v32 saw some problems. NG pulled this version from there servers.
Factory rest the RBR and RBS and setup form scratch. Don't apply the backup config from file initially. See if the RBS fails again. If not, then try loading the backup config from file.
- alexpollardAug 07, 2020AspirantIt took about 4 weeks before it dropped again since I updated the firmware so it’s really intermittent. Probably only happens once every 2 weeks or so but it’s really irritating.
Might downgrade again and see.- MstrbigAug 07, 2020Master
I live in Florida. Storms have been causing power brownouts. Yesterday I had a satellite node on the 2nd floor drop out and never reconnect. This told me it was a rapid blip in the power, IE a fast brownout. I had to turn off the satellite, waited 30 seconds or so and turn it back on. It came right back up and connected. The only way I'm going to prevent this is to put the satellite on a UPS. I haven't because nothing else needs it in that location.
I'm mentioning this because this may be what's causing these disconnects. It doesn't take much power fluctuation to cause it.

I had my RBk50 online with a RBS50 and RBS20. Both saw no disconnections during a 14 day operational run. V16 seems to be very stable.
Possible some wifi interferences can cause some drops as well.
