    Sounds like you are using a cat 5 Ethernet cable to connect your Orbi, switch to a cat 5e or 6. Test wired speeds from Orbi and then wireless.

Thanks for this.  I was using a cat 5e and the speeds were poor (ie less than 100.  But upgraded to cat 6 and the speeds are now comparable to the hyperoptic router.
