RBR50 Solid Magenta light with internet connectivity
I had an outage with Xfinity. Since then my Orbi RBR50 has either flashed white or has been stuck in solid magenta. My Xfinity service is back up.
I have power cycled and rebooted the entire system.
I cannot access the device in any manner. Not via the internet nor the App.
How do I fix this?

Just an Xfinity outage
The typical process is to power cycle the Xfinity device, then power cycle the Orbi router.
An additional test would be to connect a computer directly to the Xfinity to verify that Xfinity is indeed providing service. (temporarily, in place of the Orbi) This is sometimes a challenge for modern households that have no computers with Ethernet ports.
