RBR50 stops working

Model:RBR50 Firmware v2.7.3.22   Hello   Since some days, the RBR50 stops responding, and seems to be powered off as the power led is off, even if the power button is on.   Did someone encount...

If the power led is off, something is causing a hardware issue. 

You could try swapping the satellites power supply for the router's and see if its a power supply issue.

    Hi,

    thanks for your answer. I swapped the 2 power supplies, but the issue stays on the router.

    I changed wifi channels for 2,4 and 5ghz, but seems now the don't stop restarting.

    Do you know if debug mode is available to get more logs about the rbr50?

      if the power light wasn't even on, how were you able to access it?

      did you try a factory reset? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?

        Hi,

        thanks for your answer.

        I saw before being down a software initialization phase in the journalization log.

        before testing factory reset, I switch from router mode to AP mode. I now wait for result.
