RBR50 Tri Mesh Orbi: How to change to 2.4 mHZ

Question

I have had my Orbi system for 4 years.&nbsp; I have been very happy with my system.&nbsp; I recently purchased outside shades that uses an app requiring&nbsp; 2.4 mHZ for logging on.&nbsp; The Shade app recognizes that it is a 5 mHZ and asks for 2.4.&nbsp;How do I change my Orbi or allow access to the app if it is needs 2.4?&nbsp;Lancero
