RBR50 v2 Router Magenta Ring
Orbi had worked fine for 1.5 years, last week started having intermittant issues, got the magenta yesterday. I've tried power cycling, factory reseting and swapping ethernet cables.
Spectrum modem shows no issues on their end. After one of the factory resets it did show internet access for a bit but the security certification were always wrong and then the internet fully disconnected shortly after.
Sometimes the internet port shows its connected sometimes it doesn't as you can see in the attached.
Not sure where to go from here.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Looks like your ISP modem may have a built in router.

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
