RBR50 WiFi is extremely slow with MacBook running Catalina
Have been having issues with networking connections and thought at first it was because of mismatched OS ... ie. Catalina on a macbook and Mojave on the desktop I am trying to connect to. All systems...

Thank you for the fast response. I will give this a try.
I did just update the Firmware to V2.5.2.4 and re-ran speed test with xfinity speedtest tool.
My download speed has now increase to 338.7 Mbps. Another test returned 523± Mbps. My xfinity plan supports 1000 Mbps, which I do get on my iPhone 11 — well.. in the 900 range plus or minus.
Maybe my older macbook pro does not support any higher? Will double check on another, newer macbook pro.

In particular, over wireless you will be limited well below your 1000 Mbps internet plan dependending on the type of wireless connection and environmental conditions.
