    Have you tried to add the printer using WPS?

    I have the M451dw and it was straight forward to attach the printer to Orbi using WPS.

    Ensure the printers FW is up to date as well. 

    Is that a 54dw or 254dw model? 

     

    What security mode are you using on the Orbi? Auto or WPA or WPA2?
