RBR50 wired speeds cut in half

I've been having problems with my ORBI RBR50 and sattlelite lately. I'm not very tech savy when it comes to networking so maybe I'm missing something here.

Nothing has been enabled since factory reset no settings changed. Connected through PPOE.
Does the ONT have a built in route by chance? You might try enabling the router on the ONT then connect the Orbi in router mode and input it's IP address into the ONTs DMZ. Or try the Orbi in AP mode...
