RBR50 wired speeds cut in half

Ive done multiple factory resets and I get the same results. I have plugged my ethernet in directly to the modem from my ISP and the speeds go back to the 900 range so I've been able to isolate that it's a problem with the router. I'm on the latest firmware as well...I'm this close to just going out and buying a regular routher if I cant figure this out.
