Some answers below:
What Firmware version is currently loaded? - 2.5.1.16
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? - Orbi set up in Router Mode connected to Netgear DM200-100EUS modemWhat mode is the modem working in? router or modem only mode? This model modem has a built in router and wifi I believe.
This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopboards
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? Approx 1750sq ft. (I think, rough measures)
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. Note these are Backhaul connected. Probably over 30ft apartRegardless of wired or wireless, 30 feet or more is still recommended.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? Neighbours either side but these are detached houses with 3-4m between them.
Try using different channels too if there not being used by your nieghbors.
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor (already disabled), Circle (already disabled), Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming (already disabled), IPv6 (already disabled) and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
I will give some of the above a try and report back. Any further advice following the information above?
Can i disable Daisy Chain with Ethernet Backhaul? YES

FURRYe38 is correct in that the DM200 has an integrated router. It doesn't have wifi but it can cause a double nat.
- ElCapoNov 05, 2020LuminaryHi both
Thanks for the responses
The modem is set up in bridge mode so only my Orbi is acting as the router.- FURRYe38Nov 05, 2020Guru - Experienced User
Ok, thanks for confirming the mode.
Hope the other changes will work.

Guys
not sure if you got any experience in this. But how would you test speed across your wifi? And what should I expect to see on 2.4ghz and 5ghz?
As per above, I am using Iperf to test, but not really sure if i am setting it correctly or if the results i get are refective.
with the command iperf3 -c 10/.0.0.79 -t 20 -p 2000 -w1000k
I get anything from 180mbits/sec and 360mbits/sec
Hard to know for sure what I should be expcting to see.
