Does it report the same thing at orbilogin.com? Lately the app has been reporting wrong information with regard to router, satellites and devices. Not sure why, unless the latest app update has a bug.

Go to orbilogin.com > Advanced > Setup > Internet setup and screenshoot that page and post it.
Or copy anbd paste the settings here.

A couple things.
Your gateway is a combo device. Meaning your in a double nat. That can cause what you're seeing on the app. You'd either want to put the gateway in modem only/pass through mode, the orbi in access point mode (probably easiest route), or the orbi's IP address in the gateways dmz.
to put the orbi in ap mode, you'd need to log in via the browser. Which you don't know the password for. there is a password recovery option. https://kb.netgear.com/31016/How-do-I-recover-my-Orbi-admin-password
if you didn't set that up or don't know the answers to the questions, then your only option to get back in would be to factory reset the orbi.
