This is not enough description to enable anyone to propose a solution.
Is this a brand new Orbi installation?
What steps have been taken?
What specific ISP modem is the Orbi connected to? (brand/model)
Does the Orbi router appear to be working correctly?
How is the Orbi being managed? (web interface, Orbi "app", or "I just plugged it in.)?
