Getting Router not found in Orbi app. Reset the modem but no luck.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

 

What status do you see if you log into the RBRs web page at orbilogin.net?

    NETGEAR - Orbi Voice AC3000 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi  is the model.

      And is there a ISP modem in front of the Orbi router? If so, what is the Manufacturer and model of the ISP modem?

        We have Modem thats provided by ATT.Model is  BGW210-700.
