If "everything else works", it might be worth a minute to check that the (PS4?) has not been "paused".

There is no harm in resetting the Orbi (not "Factory Reset", simply power off and back on).

It wasn’t paused. I am downloading a new version of a game as we speak. Netflix and all other online features work on the PS4 except allowing me on the PlayStation network.

  Sometimes games require that the user "open ports" on the router to allow inbound connections. (I believe the PS4 will comment about "NAT Problem" or something like that. --- or is that XBox?)
  
  Anyway, if the Orbi is connected to an ISP device that is also a router, that creates a "Double NAT" that makes opening ports difficult:
