Since the new update I can’t connect to PlayStation network
How do you check that?
It wasn’t paused. I am downloading a new version of a game as we speak. Netflix and all other online features work on the PS4 except allowing me on the PlayStation network.

(I believe the PS4 will comment about "NAT Problem" or something like that. --- or is that XBox?)
Anyway, if the Orbi is connected to an ISP device that is also a router, that creates a "Double NAT" that makes opening ports difficult:
