Why doesn’t my devices show up?

When I go onto my app it does not show me any devices. Although all 8 are connected. I would like to restore my rights to shut off an individual device like I use to. How do I get this option again? Otherwise what’s the point

What firmware are you on?
What modem is it connected to?
Do they show up if you use access control?

You can contact support if you'd like. it does cost $ if you're outside of your 90 days window of free support from date of purchase (on new devices).
You'd click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device. from there you contact support.
