Why doesn’t my devices show up?
What firmware are you on?
What modem is it connected to?
Do they show up if you use access control?
No clue how to answer any of these questions! Is there a love person to talk to that can walk me thru this? I just know I had it before and now I don’t I’m connected but no access and no devices show up to control
You can contact support if you'd like. it does cost $ if you're outside of your 90 days window of free support from date of purchase (on new devices).
You'd click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device. from there you contact support.
