RBR50
My Orbi RBR50 is working great across all my devices. We have two new Samsung Galaxy21 phones. One phone accepts the log in password which has been used on all devices. The other phone says that the password is incorrect.
Suggestions?
Thank you. I just discovered after reading more in the community that I was logging in with my administrative password not my device password. Using the device password solved the issue. Case closed:smileywink:

Something to check with Samsung support. If one phone is working and the other isn't, would be something Samsung needs to review on this phone.
