Can I upgrade my security to WAP3? My iPhone says I have weak security and I should update it but I do not see that option available. The app says my firmware etc is up to date.

No. The RBR50 does not support WPA3, and likely never will.
There is considerable discussion on the internet about the suitability of WPA3 in most environments that have a myriad of devices which do not support WPA3.
