Rbr50
I got a new modem installed by spectrum. Hardwire to my computer it works great. But when I connect my orbi rbr50 back to it, my download speeds completely drop to the point I can't use my wifi for any devices that used to be connected prior to the new modem. The app speedtest says I have excellent speed but I can't given test through the actual wifi on my computer because its so slow. My version firmware is v2.7.3.22. I had no issues with my rnr or rbs until this new modem from Spectrum. Please help

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AC products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AC. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
