rbr50v2 - no access to advanced settings

When I am logged into my orbi via orbilogin.com - I can access all "basic" tabs within the router, however when I select the "advanced" tab I get a black screen.

firmware version - V2.3.5.30 which states to be the current version.

Ideas???

    Have you tried a different web browser?

    Is the Orbi in "router" or "access point" mode?
