RBR50v2 does not allow some devices to connect to the Internet
I just installed a RBR50v2 and it was a disappointment. I will be greatly obliged if anyone can help me out. I had to set up the system with a phone (what a joke!, this should have altered me) an...

The point is really moot. As I said, I can get to the router by going to 192.168.1.1.
Thanks for the response.

I *did* connect with my phone. The network came up. I plugged my PC and Vonage (VIOP phone) modem directly into one of the satellites. They work.
I then got two Android phones to connect to the network without issues.
But the following devices can detect the network, can connect, but there is no Internet access:
Two Windows 10 laptops
Two iPhones
One iPad
The router is whatever Greenlight (the local fibre optic ISP) installed.
How do I find the firmware? The stupid phone app said it was checking for new firmware, could not find it after 5 attempts and so I bypassed that part of the set up.

Thanks for the hint re PC login. It works now (did not do so before).
Interestingly, it lists just the 4 devices mentioned before (two Samsung phones and the wired PC and Vonage modem). No mention of the other devices.
However, they do show up when I get to "Access Control" on the PC web interface.

Partial success! I did manage to get the iPhones and iPad by simply selecting them from the list of unconnected devices and hitting "Add".
The laptops remain to be connected ... it did not work and then I realised that they are listed as "Wired" devices. I need to change that.
No time now ..... got to go. Will update later.
I am using the web interface on the PC now. Phew! What a relief.
