What Firmware version is currently loaded? v2.5.1.16
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? I don't know would have to call them.
Are these wireless or wired speed test results? Wired is preferred method for testing and checking speeds. Wireless

Try wired PC or laptop speed testing with Ooklas installable speed test app for Windows or Mac.

I contacted my internet provider and they told me I was directly hooked to fibre and they did not ahve a modem.
So then I had them compare my settings to what I was paying for and they found out I was not getting the service I was paying for. They reset and now my speeds are as follows:
Download: 142.86 Mbps
Upload: 16.2 Mbps
Much better and my router is working well.
We are all good now and thanks for your help.
