Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Oh I do believe you. I'm already on 104, I went through all pages to install, try to troubleshoot etc. Problem is it's faulty firware / app. My problem is I CANNOT contact NG support for their bug - or I'm missing a link somewhere. But I'm not going to pay premium support to report them bugs they don't even detect in their QA process nor accept as feedback in a free form from their customers like me or vajim . If such a free support reporting page exists, kindly point it out to me and I will follow up with them, I haven't found such a page.

Thanks for this part, this is helpful. I will post the app part of it on this specific forum with screenshots showing the bugs and pray NG God their staff look at frustrated clients posts and start debugging their bad firmware.

the sad part is that they do have a process whereas they release the FW, the GURUs announce it and then stand by with the 1000 questions survey while NG observes and then makes possible changes to the faulty FW. Who's fooling who? Welcome to Team-Beta

Magically 3 days ago the Orbi software on my phone asked me if I wanted to install Netgear Parental Controls! So maybe the Orbi software just needed an upgrade?
Installed and testing.. so far so good. Kids are complaining that some things are not working like Discord voice so I will have to do some investigating and also they are complaining about speeds. I don't see any problems but they move a whole lot faster than I do.
Anyway glad they finally caught up.

Gald it finally got thru to you. Do you know if your Orbi app was updated recently?
Did the Orbi app have you install a different app like Circle or is this with in the Orbi app?
