RBR50v2 locking me out
I'm feeling particularly incompetent. I've been trying to get into my Orbi (RBR40v2) so that I can update the firmware. It is not recognizing my admin password - which I have *not* forgotten, and the "forgot password" link is also simply working. The app sends me to routerlogin.net, that also simply fails.

I am not confident that "routerlogin.net" refers to the Orbi. I have always had more success opening the actual IP address of the Orbi, which is usually 192.168.1.1

If you can't get in, Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
